Profica were appointed as the Project Manager and Principal Agent for the extension and alterations of the Gateway Shopping Centre in Umhlanga, Durban. This includes 20,000m2 of new GLA, 18,000m2 of repurposed GLA and 32,000m2 of additional parking. The expansion is to allow for new tenants, including H&M, Forever 21 and Hamleys.
Profica was appointed as project managers and principal agent on the luxurious residential development, currently under construction in Sandton. The Capital on the Park provides a unique living experience that offers both a hotel and residential component to it. It features 240 modern apartments ranging from studio apartments to 3 bedroom apartments, and has a plethora of onsite amenities including conferencing facilities, restaurants, gym, spa and 24–hour security.
A 45 hectare mixed-use development consisting of large regional shopping centre, housing, offices, recreation & entertainment space. Profica were appointed as the principal agents and project managers for phase 1 of the development, a fast track project consisting of a shopping centre of 80,000m2 GLA (Circa 150,000m2 GBA) including the infrastructure and roads to service the precinct.
Profica are appointed as the lead Project Managers to manage the Stella Precinct in the heart of Sandton, the financial and business hub of South Africa. The Phase 1 of this urban re-development consists of the construction of a 8 level Super Basement (circa 160,000m2) with the first top structure for Old Mutual Emerging Markets HQ of circa 40,000m2. The precinct consists of a total of 120 000m² of GLA on a large shared super basement.

Profica are appointed as the Project Managers for a Mixed Use Development in Accra. Comprising of office, hotel, retail and residential. The Phase 1 which is under construction consists of a super basement, a Radisson Blu hotel, luxury shopping anchored by Pick n Pay as well as luxury apartments. It will boast the first pedestrian retail High Street of its kind in West Africa. Its green design will use at least 30% less energy than its peers in Africa
Profica was appointed the lead Project Managers for the construction and completion of Garden City, since early 2014, Garden City is a mixed use precinct, with Phase 1 consisting of 35,000m2 of high end shopping and entertainment in a 2 level mall, a luxury residential development, all in a public parkland.
Profica were appointed as the project manager and tenant representative for the tenant, Group Five in the New Build of 20,0000m² lettable area for their new Head Quarters, consolidating all Gauteng based business units into one co-located office, with a basement parking and a central atrium linking the various building wings.
Profica are appointed the Project and Development Managers for the development of this 44 hectare Logistics Park Development on Kafue road south of the Lusaka city centre. Profica managed this development from agricultural land to the construction of the services and infrastructure, including warehousing for this high tech logistics park.
Profica was appointed the Development and Project Managers for the this 27,000m² Shopping Centre in Gugulethu, Cape Town. Involved from inception, Profica successfully delivered this new build shopping centre on a brown fields site for opening on time in October 2009.
